  • Lennox Beattie - Pecuniary - Councillor Benson declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, the nature of the interest being that her husband was employed by Blackpool Transport Services Limited who could be significantly impacted by the decision.

4. BLACKPOOL TOWN DEAL: UPDATE

  • Councillor Mark Smith - Prejudicial - Councillor Smith declared a prejudicial interest, the nature of the interest being that a business client of his would potentially be impacted by the Town Deal projects. He indicated that he had only become aware of this when reviewing the report prior to it being considered.

  • Councillor Jim Hobson - - Councillor Hobson declared a personal interest as a Non-Executive Director of Blackpool Coastal Housing Limited and Blackpool Housing Company Limited both of which were mentioned in the Council Plan document.
  • Councillor Neal Brookes - Personal - Councillor Brookes declared a personal interest as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Blackpool Coastal Housing Limited and Blackpool Housing Company Limited both of which were mentioned in the Council Plan document.

  • Councillor Lynn Williams - Personal - Councillor L Williams declared a personal interest the nature of the interest being that on behalf of the Magic Club, an organisation she was a board member of, she had formed part of the Youth Provision Steering Group.
