• Councillor Jim Hobson - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Hobson declared a prejudicial interest. The nature of their interest was that he was a non-executive director of Blackpool Housing Company Limited and a non-executive director of Blackpool Coastal Housing Limited which would play a key role in the delivery of the housing regeneration programme.
