• Councillor Jim Hobson - Prejudicial - The nature of the interest being that Councillor Hobson was a non-Executive director of Blackpool Housing Company Limited who would manage the construction and development of the scheme in all of the options under consideration and non-Executive directors of Blackpool Coastal Housing Limited who under a number of the alternative options would manage the properties once let on behalf of the Council.
