• Councillor Adrian Hutton - Personal - Councillor Adrian Hutton declared a personal interest in respect of item 9, Public Rights of Way Update, as Chair of Blackpool Waste Services Ltd (Enveco), as the company was involved involved in the grounds maintenance of footpaths.
• Councillor Paul Galley - Personal - Councillor Paul Galley declared a personal interest in respect of item 8, Climate Emergency Update, as Chair of the Blackpool Transport Company Ltd Board, as the compnay was involved in the Zero-Emissions Bus Regional Area project.
