• Councillor Jim Hobson - Prejudicial - Councillor Hobson declared a prejudicial interest. The nature of the interest being that he was a non-Executive director of Blackpool Housing Company Limited who would manage the construction and development of the scheme and a non-Executive director of Blackpool Coastal Housing Limited who would manage the properties once let on behalf of the Council.
