WARD COUNCILLOR FUNDING

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £7,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2022/2023. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

 

Councillor R Scott of Greenlands Ward has requested £513.15 as a ward councillor funding donation to the Air Training Corps 2454 Squadron North Blackpool to put on a Christmas Fair to help raise funds for the Corps.

 

Councillor Brookes of Hawes Side Ward has requested £1,375.00 as a ward councillor funding donation to Enveco Waste Services for a waste amnesty in September 2022 for Hawes Side Ward.  This is a retrospective application due to circumstances outwith the Councillor’s control namely the delay in clarification of how this funding would be paid to Enveco.

 

Councillor Critchley of Hawes Side Ward has requested £1,375.00 as a ward councillor funding donation to Enveco Waste Services for a waste amnesty in September 2022 for Hawes Side Ward.  This is a retrospective application due to circumstances outwith the Councillor’s control namely the delay in clarification of how this funding would be paid to Enveco

 

Councillor Hunter of Highfield Ward has requested £456 as a ward councillor funding donation to the Illuminations Department for the supply and installation of lights on the Christmas Tree at Highfield Road.

 

Councillor D Scott of Warbreck Was has requested:

(i)£228 as a ward councillor funding donation to the Illuminations Department for the supply and installation of lights on the Christmas Tree on Devonshire Road.

(ii)£1,245 as ward councillor funding donation to Holy Family Catholic Primary School towards the purchase of 10 new ipads for use by the pupils in the school.

 

Councillor Mrs Scott of Warbreck Was has requested:
