DELIVERY OF OUTLINE BUISNESS CASE FOR COAST PROTECTION SCHEME BISPHAM CAPITAL MAINTENANCE

To accept the price and enter into contract with Jacobs who are  consultants from the Environment Agency’s Framework  to prepare the outline business case for the Coast protection scheme known as   Bispham Capital Maintenance (Cocker Square to Gynn Square) which is included in the Blackpool and Fylde Coast Protection Strategy 2012.
