5. The Council procure two independent valuations on the property and the Council’s Senior Estates Surveyor, Ian Willoughby be authorised to determine which valuation is the appropriate sale price.
6. In the event, that Blackpool Housing Company does not confirm within 28 days of being notified of the sale price, that they wish to proceed with the purchase, the Head of Legal Services has delegated power to sell the property at auction with a suitable reserve calculated in accordance with 5 above.
