16/06/2021 - BLACKPOOL LOCAL PLAN PART 2: SITE ALLOCATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT POLICIES UPDATE ON REPRESENTATIONS RECEIVED FOLLOWING PROPOSED SUBMISSION CONSULTATION ON THE LOCAL PLAN PART 2 AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND PROPOSED MINOR CHANGES TO ACCOMPANY
That the Head of Planning Strategy following consultation with the Cabinet Member Business, Enterprise and Job Creation notes the main issues that have been raised as part of the consultation as set out in Appendix A and endorses:
(i) the minor modifications to the Blackpool Local Plan Part 2 – Site Allocations and Development Management Policies as set out in Appendix B to
accompany the Submission of the Core Strategy;
(ii) the minor amendments to the Duty to Co-operate – Statement of
Compliance as set out in Appendix C;
(iii) the minor amendments to the Infrastructure and Delivery Plan, Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulation Assessment as set out in Appendix A.
