The Executive resolved as follows:

That consideration of the report be deferred to a future meeting, to enable further discussion to take place between the Cabinet Member, officers and the Chairman/representatives of the Children’s and Young People’s Scrutiny Committee and a finalised amended document to be brought back to the Executive for approval.
