SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES SERVICE STRATEGY 2019/2021 To consider the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service Strategy 2019/2021. Once approved the strategy will form part of the Executive Policy Framework. Additional documents:
Decision: The Executive agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:
To agree the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service Strategy 2019/2021, as attached at Appendix 3a, to the Executive report, including its vision and strategic objectives, with effect until 30 September 2021.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING AS AT MONTH 3 2019/20 To receive the financial performance monitoring for the period ending 30 June 2019. Additional documents:
Decision: The Executive resolved as follows:
3. To require the respective directors and Director of Resources to continue to closely monitor and manage service financial and operational performances, specifically Children’s Services but also Strategic Leisure Assets, Concessionary Fares and Parking Services, and to ensure the release of at least £1m of budgets across all directorates as a consequence of a 1-year freeze on non-essential spend.
