The report and Appendix contain commercially sensitive information which is exempt from publication by virtue of Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. The information contains information about the proposed course of action which is commercially sensitive and the publication of which would potentially undermine the Council’s position in future and ongoing negotiations, the public interest would therefore not be served by publishing this information.
