To consider the Lancashire Flood Risk Management Strategy 2021-2027, this strategy has been produced jointly with Lancashire County Council and Blackburn with Darwen Council.
Once approved this document will form part of the Executive Policy Framework.

Decision:
The Executive agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:
- To approve the Lancashire Flood Risk Management Strategy 2021 – 2027 attached at Appendix 5a, to the Executive report, with effect until 31 December 2027.
- To approve the business plan associated with the Lancashire Flood Risk Management Strategy 2021 – 2027 included within Appendix 5a, to the Executive report, with effect until 31 December 2027.
- To commence implementation of the actions contained within the Business Plan associated with the Lancashire Flood Risk Management Strategy 2021 – 2027.
