4. REVIEW OF STATEMENT OF LICENSING POLICY AND CUMULATIVE IMPACT ASSESSMENT

To consider and recommend to Council the proposed Statement of Licensing Policy and associated Cumulative impact assessment including the recommendations of the Licensing Committee.
Once approved these documents will form of the Council’s policy framework.

Decision:
The Executive resolved as follows:
- To note the one representation received attached at Appendix 4a to the Executive report.
- To recommend Council to approve the proposed Statement of Licensing Policy, attached at Appendix 4b to the Executive report, for the 5 years to 10 February 2026.
- To recommend Council to approve Cumulative Impact Assessment, attached at Appendix 4c to the Executive report, for the 3 years to 10 February 2024.
