To accept the price and enter into contract with Jacobs who are  consultants from the Environment Agency’s Framework  to prepare the outline business case for the Coast protection scheme known as   Bispham Capital Maintenance (Cocker Square to Gynn Square) which is included in the Blackpool and Fylde Coast Protection Strategy 2012.

To enter into a contract with Jacobs, consultants from the Environment Agency’s Framework to commence the outline business case.
