To consider and approve the updated Corporate Scheme of Delegation.

The Leader of the Council agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:

1. To approve the updated Corporate Scheme of Delegation attached at Appendix A.

2. To request the Director of Resources to take suitable steps to publish the revised scheme of delegation and ensure that relevant officers are made aware and suitably trained.

3. To approve the Directorate Scheme of Delegation included in the document and remind Directors that if a new or amended scheme is required it requires approval of that scheme by means of a published Officer Decision.
