PANEL'S REASONS FOR REACHING ITS DECISIONThe Panel considered the evidence submitted by the applicant and their representative and the Objectors. This was considered in conjunction with the Off Licence Saturation Policy.
The Panel were not satisfied that the operation of the premises would not add to the cumulative impact already experienced in the area.
