 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST'

• Councillor Kim Critchley - Personal - Councillor Critchley declared a personal interest for part of Agenda Item 4, on the grounds that the applicant CRE at section (ii) was known to her from previous employment and as a result she felt uncomfortable dealing with the case. Councillor Critchley therefore left before consideration of the case and took no part in the subsequent discussion or decision.
