 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'GENERAL FUND REVENUE BUDGET 2018/2019'

• Councillor Fred Jackson - Personal - Councillor Jackson declared a personal interest in decision 3 relating to the Cultural Exemption Generating VAT recovery as a member of the Board of Blackpool Entertainments Company (reference line 1.51 of Appendix 2).
• Councillor Mark Smith - Prejudicial - Councillor Smith declared a prejudicial interest in decision 1 the nature of the interest being that he was a Council appointed Board member of Blackpool Operating Company. Councillor Smith left the meeting for this part of the decision and took no part in the voting or discussion. (ref. paragraphs 7.1 and 7.2 and line 2.22 of Appendix 2)
