To seek approval, by Blackpool Council as a shareholder, for the appointment of Smith Craven to provide statutory financial audit services to Blackpool Council’s wholly owned companies.

·         Blackpool Housing Company Limited (BHCL)

·         Blackpool Operating Company Limited (BOCL)

·         Blackpool Entertainment Company Limited (BECL)

·         Blackpool Transport Services Limited (BTSL)

·         Blackpool Airport suite of Companies; Blackpool Airport Limited (BAL), Blackpool Airport Properties Limited (BAPL) and Blackpool Airport Operations Limited (BAOL)

·         Blackpool Coastal Housing Limited (BCHL)

·         Blackpool Waste Services Limited (BWSL)

·         Lancashire Management Operations Limited (LMOL)

·         Wholly owned companies created within the contract period will be included in this contract (BHCL is intending to set up a Registered Provider (RP) of Social Housing which should be finalised within the contract period)
