RESILIENCE PATHWAY

 

 

HeadStart would like to seek approval to create a Resilience Pathway as part of Blackpool Town Centre’s redevelopment of Talbot Gateway. The purpose is to raise the profile of a ‘Resilience Revolution’ across Blackpool and beyond. The proposal is to create a permanent art installation for the town in the form of a ‘Resilience Pathway’ from the new tram station to the Promenade.
