To seek approval for the appointment of the providers listed below onto approved supplier frameworks for the provision of Tier 4 Substance Misuse Services. Due to the nature of these services the original framework was set up in 2016 with the ability to be refreshed and opened up to new providers within years three, five and seven (the Authority has reserved the right to sanction new procurement exercises and open the framework to allow additional providers to enter under exceptional circumstances). The framework was therefore re-opened in 2019.
