To authorise the Head of Legal Services to vary the Forward Funding Contract for Hotel, Underpass and Associated Works with Muse Developments Limited in accordance with EX17/2020
To authorise the Head of Legal Services to issue a Building Licence to Muse Development for the Demolition of the existing ‘Wilko’ Building and the Construction of the Hotel, Underpass and Associated Works.
To allow the Licence to be divided into two sections due to the Covid-19 situation:
1. The demolition of the old Wilko Building, the remediation of the site & the construction the Enabling Works.
2. The construction of the Hotel, Underpass and Associated Works.
This report lists applications to write off outstanding balances of Sundry Debts where there is no prospect of recovery or recovery of the debt is inappropriate.
The Corporate Write Off Policy states that all Sundry Debt over £5,000 must be authorised by Executive.
