To note the Scrutiny report on Supported Housing and endorse the two recommendations contained within the Action Plan noting that these recommendations have been accepted by the Cabinet Member.

UPDATE TO THE COUNCIL PLAN PDF 478 KB
To present the final draft of the update to the Council Plan 2019-24 to Executive for comment and to recommend approval to the Council meeting.

To recommend to the Council to approve the updated Council Plan attached at Appendix 3a to the Executive report, with effect until 31 December 2024.

COUNCIL TAX 2022/23 PDF 589 KB To consider and recommend to the Council proposals for Blackpool Council’s level of Council Tax for 2022/23 and the General Fund Revenue Budget 2022/23.
Once approved by Council this document will form part of the Budget Framework.
Additional documents: Decision: The Executive resolved as follows:
1. To note all information received since the meeting of the Executive on 7 February 2022 including the Final Settlement Funding Assessment announced on 7 February 2022 and agree to confirm the Executive’s recommendation to Council regarding the General Fund Revenue Budget 2022/23.
2. To recommend to Council approval of a level of Blackpool Council’s Council Tax for the year 2022/23 of £1,749.92 at valuation band D equivalent (an increase of 2.99% including the 1% Adult Social Care Precept).
3. To recommend to Council the level of net expenditure for the General Fund Revenue Budget 2022/23 of £160,276,000.
4. To note that the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire’s precept for the financial year 2022/23 of £236.45 at valuation band D equivalent (an increase of 4.42%) has been agreed.
5. To note that the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority had met on 21 February 2022 to set its precept for the financial year 2022/23. This was reported verbally at the meeting as £77.27 at valuation band D equivalent an increase of 6.92%.
