Decision:
The Executive agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:
- To agree the adoption of the Enterprise Zone Business Rate Relief Policy as attached at Appendix 3a, to the Executive report. This policy includes the delegation of decision making on recipients of such relief to the Director of Resources.
- To agree to fund up to £1,600,000 over 5 years (of which it is envisaged £725,000 will be recovered from other parties) to fund the promotion and administration of the Enterprise Zone.
