Decision:
The Executive agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:
- To approve the designation of the Central area for a Selective Licensing scheme as set out in the report including the amendments proposed to the scheme as a result of the consultation responses.
- To submit the proposal to the Secretary of State for confirmation, and subject to confirmation, to then designate and implement Selective Licensing in the Central area.
