Decision:
The Executive agreed the recommendations outlined above namely:
- To approve the adoption of Housing Enforcement Civil Penalties Policy, as attached at Appendix 2(a), to the Executive report.
2. To agree that the Service Manager (Public Protection) be authorised to issue Civil Penalties on behalf of the Council.
