Purpose:

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £7,000 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2023/2024. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

 

Councillor Jim Hobson of Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Matthew Thomas of Brunswick ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Alistair Humphreys of Clifton ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Paula Burdess of Clifton ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Julie Jones of Greenlands ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Kim Critchley of Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

(ii) £177.52 as a ward councillor donation to Cultural Services, towards the cost of tables for Palatine Library reading area.

 

Councillor Neal Brookes of Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

(ii) £177.52 as a ward councillor donation to Cultural Services, towards the cost of tables for Palatine Library reading area.

 

Councillor Peter Hunter of Highfield ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor John Boughton of Layton ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Kathryn Benson of Layton ward has requested:

Councillor Sarah Smith of Marton ward has requested:

(i) £130as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Shaun Brookes of Marton ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

 

Councillor Julie Sloman of Norbreck ward has requested:

(i) £400 as a ward councillor funding donation to Counselling in the Community, towards the cost of a campaign of awareness of the services available to Blackpool families and children.

 

Councillor Adrian Hoyle of Park ward has requested:

(i) £150 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of 15 Good Grief plaques for benches in Park ward, as part of the Good Grief Trust 'Sit with Hope' initiative for grieving people.

(ii) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

(iii) £1,201.32 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of a Park Ward Waste Amnesty taking place in April 2024.

 

Councillor Gillian Campbell of Park ward has requested:

(i) £150 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of 15 Good Grief plaques for benches in Park ward, as part of the Good Grief Trust 'Sit with Hope' initiative for grieving people.

(ii) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

Councillor Fred Jackson of Victoria ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.

(ii) £458.88 as a ward councillor donation to Palatine Library, towards the cost of a Palatine library furniture refresh in the Adult area.

 

Councillor Simon Cartmell of Waterloo ward has requested:

(i) £250 as a ward councillor donation to Visit Blackpool, towards the cost of Fylde Ex Services Liaison Committee (FESLC) D-Day 80th Anniversary celebrations on the Tower Headland.
