That the Polling districts and polling Places are approved as set out at Appendix A.
To note That Council at its next meeting is asked to:
- endorse the Polling Districts and Polling Places as set out
- note that alternative options to replace temporary (mobile) Polling Stations are currently being pursued and that delegated authority is given to the Chief Executive to determine these.
