1	COUNCILLOR NORMAN E. HARDY Councillors will be asked to observe a minute's silence as a mark of respect to Councillor Norman Hardy, Chairman of the Committee, who sadly passed away on Tuesday 26th November 2013. NOTE: Councillor Hutton as Vice Chairman will chair the meeting.
2	DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state: (1) the type of interest concerned; and (2) the nature of the interest concerned If any member requires advice on declarations of interests, they are advised to contact the Head of Democratic Services in advance of the meeting.
