ADMISSION OF THE PUBLIC TO MEETINGS The Head of Legal and Democratic Services has marked with an asterisk (*) those items where he has reason to believe that consideration may need to be given as to whether or not a resolution excluding the public should be passed.

Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:
(1) the type of interest concerned; and
(2) the nature of the interest concerned
If any member requires advice on declarations of interests, they are advised to contact the Head of Democratic Services in advance of the meeting. |

To agree the minutes of the last meeting held on 16th May 2012 as a true and correct record.

To receive a verbal update on issues regarding licensing from Lancashire Constabulary.

| 4. | REVIEW OF STATEMENT OF POLICY UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
To consider proposed consultation on the Statement of Policy under the Licensing Act 2003.

| 5. | REVIEW OF STATEMENT OF POLICY AND PRINCIPLES UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
To consider the revised statement of policy and principles under the Gambling Act 2005 and any representations received during the period of consultation.

| 6. | LICENSING QUARTERLY UPDATE
To receive an update on licences applied for, dealt with and appealed.
|
| 7. | LICENSING ENFORCEMENT UPDATE
To receive a verbal update on the work of the Licensing Enforcement team.
