Members of the Licensing Committee are hereby summoned to attend a meeting as follows:-

The Head of Legal and Democratic Services has marked with an asterisk (*) those items where he has reason to believe that consideration may need to be given as to whether or not a resolution excluding the public should be passed.
| 1. | DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:
(1) whether the interest is personal or prejudicial; and
(2) the nature of the interest concerned
If any member requires advice on declarations of interests, they are advised to contact the Head of Legal and Democratic Services in advance of the meeting. |
| 2. | MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 22nd July 2008
To agree the minutes of the last meeting held on 22nd July 2008 as a true and correct record.

| 3. | FORMATION OF A PUBLIC PROTECTION SUB-COMMITTEE
To consider a report on the formation of a Public Protection Sub-Committee further to the meeting of the Council on the 24th September 2008.

| 4. | SPECIAL POLICY ON CUMULATIVE IMPACT
To consider a report proposing consulting on a special policy on Cumulative Impact.

| 5. | ENFORCEMENT UPDATE
To receive a presentation on the work of Licensing Enforcement Team.
|
| 6. | LICENSING QUARTERLY UPDATE
The Committee to consider the quarterly update for the period May-August 2008. The report updates the Committee on licences applied for, dealt with and appealed.
